Other people's privacy
In plain wordsDo not photograph other people, their rooms or their belongings. Do not use this to build a record about somebody else.
- Do not photograph anybody, or anybody's room or belongings, on the strength of anything here. Where you share a home, keep other people's rooms and belongings out of frame.
- Do not use this to compile a record about another person.
- Do not use it to surveil, monitor or follow anybody.
- Do not use it to gain entry anywhere, or to photograph any place you are not entitled to be in.
The service itself never receives a photograph — there is nowhere in it to put one — so these limits are about what you do with a camera in your own hand, not about anything you send here.

Your own safety
In plain wordsNothing on any list needs you to climb, lift or dismantle anything. Do not do it anyway.
No list here asks you to climb, move anything heavy, or take anything apart, and none ever will. Where you cannot see something safely, the instruction is always the same: write down that you could not see it.
Do not treat the list as a reason to do something unsafe. It is a list of pictures, and no picture on it is worth an injury.

- Do not present a list as a judgement about the state of anything. It is not one, and it never says it is.
- Do not present it as legal advice, as a professional opinion, or as coming from anybody other than you.
- Do not alter a list so that it appears to say something about the condition of a place, or about money, or about a period of time.
- Do not use it as the basis of an automated decision affecting anybody.

The service itself
In plain wordsDo not attack it, scrape it, or work around its limits.
- Do not work around rate limits, allowances or access controls.
- Do not scrape it, reverse engineer it, or resell access to it.
- Do not run automated traffic against it beyond ordinary use.
- Do not attempt to interfere with it or with anybody else's use of it.

If these limits are ignored
In plain wordsA warning, then suspension, then closure. Serious cases go straight to closure.
Where these limits are ignored we may warn you, suspend the account, or close it. Where something is serious, or unlawful, we may close the account at once and, where the law requires it, report it. No refund is due for the remainder of a period in that case, and that does not affect your statutory rights.
To report misuse, write to support@djklettings.shop. If you think a decision about your account was wrong, say so at the same address and a person will look at it again.
